A managed workforce for the data you can't scrape.
Corpshore AI recruits, vets, trains, manages and pays the people behind your training data, across 18+ countries and 35+ languages, including the ones your current vendors won't quote on. You submit a spec and review the work. We do everything else.
Commercial terms enforced in software. Review clocks, cure windows, prepaid balances and country restrictions.

Not a marketplace. A managed operation.
Marketplaces hand you a pool of strangers and a rating system. We recruit into specific projects, train against your rubric, review every submission internally and carry the employment and payment burden ourselves.
Your rubric, frozen and enforced
You define the standard. It's frozen at the moment a batch begins, taught to contributors in onboarding, applied by internal QA and used as the reference for every rejection reason you write back. A batch is never judged against a moving target, which means your acceptance rate actually means something over time.
Terms in software
Review clocks, deemed acceptance, rejection caps and cure windows are enforced by the platform, not by a contract nobody reads.
Region-partitioned data
Contributor PII sits in its own regional database. Nothing is pooled into a single global store by default.
Audit trail by default
Every mutation writes an audit row. Access reviews, change logs and incident history are collected continuously and bulk exports need approval from two different administrators.
Ethical by construction
Contributors are paid on our QA acceptance, not your review timeline. Automation can flag and hold, but only humans can reject or ban. These aren't policies we market. They're constraints in the system.
What we can run for you
Three task families in production today, each with its own QA chain and quality metrics.
Imagery collected where your model has blind spots
Commission real-world photography from contributors physically present in the markets you care about. Street signage, retail shelves, produce, vehicles, informal storefronts. The categories that are thin in every scraped dataset.
- EXIF preserved end to end, so provenance survives into your training set
- Structured capture checklists enforced in-app, not just in a brief
- Consent recorded where people or private property are in frame
- Validators reject blur, duplicates and missing metadata before you ever see them
The contract, running as code
The terms that usually live in a PDF nobody enforces are implemented directly in the platform. Both sides can see the clock, the balance and the thresholds at all times.
- Review clock with a visible countdown per delivery
- Deemed acceptance on expiry, so nothing stalls forever
- Cure window routing rejections back for correction
- Prepaid balance drawing down per accepted task
- Country allow/deny lists enforced at assignment time
Each delivery arrives with a countdown you can see in the portal, configured per contract. If it expires without a decision, the batch is deemed accepted automatically. So contributors aren't left unpaid indefinitely and your team has a predictable SLA in both directions. The clock is enforced in software, not by a rep chasing you.
An operator, not a platform
Corpshore AI is the AI data operations arm of Corpshore Solutions. We employ embedded local teams across 18+ countries and own the physical infrastructure behind field collection, which is what lets us take single-SLA accountability from collection through QA to delivery.
That operator model is the difference between commissioning work and posting it to a marketplace. It is also what earned the Top 5 placement in the Outsource Accelerator 2026 ranking, above Scale AI.
- 15,000+ seats across owned and partner delivery hubs
- 35+ languages covered by native, in-region speakers
- 97%+ accuracy through a three-tier QA cascade
- 50–70% cost advantage versus US-domestic providers

Delivery across six regions
Corpshore operates through local legal entities, not contractor networks. Each has its own site, its own team and its own payroll. That is what makes 18+ countries a supply chain rather than a claim.
